About the courses:
· Each course is 6 hours and earns .6 CEUs
· Eight, 6-hour courses are required to earn the ASE Specialty Certificate
· Each ASE Specialty Certificate is 48 hours and requires a minimum of 4.8 CEUs.
· The ASE Science/Math and ASE Language Arts/Social Studies Specialty Certificates require a set course of study.The ASE General Specialty Certificate allows participants to select which two courses to take in each of the 4 content areas. Participants must take 2 courses in each content area to earn the ASE General Certificate.
· Why should I work toward earning my ASE Certificate? There are many reasons, but here are some specific ones.
